MBC Staffing is a certified minority owned and certified service-disabled veteran owned business.  MBC Staffing was formed in 2009 by Eric Holloway and has consistently grown to include multiple branches designed to provide unique services to meet our clients’ needs.

Our President, Eric Holloway is a service-disabled veteran with twenty years of service in the U.S. Army as a weapon systems specialist in electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical maintenance.  As a senior member, Eric lead teams of soldiers, prepared briefings to high level commanders including information papers on future support and force structure concepts in use today.  Eric decided to utilize his experience and expertise in the private sector upon retirement.

MBC was joined by Hall of Fame Pittsburgh Steeler Jerome Bettis in 2012. Together with Eric, they form MBC’s ownership team.

MBC provides quality, cost effective solutions to predominately Fortune 500 companies.  The experienced Team assembled by Eric and Jerome, develop long term relationships with our customers by satisfying their needs with innovation, hard work and a “Client First” attitude.

In 2015 MBC was chosen as one of the top MBEs of the year by the Mid States Minority Supplier Development Council.
